Requirements:
Experience in insurance sales, ideally within the home improvement or construction
sectors is a plus.
Ability to generate leads independently through door knocking and follow up on
office-generated leads.
Conduct thorough consultations with homeowners to understand their roofing, window,
siding, and gutter needs, and provide expert advice on insurance coverage options and
claims processes.
Assist customers in navigating insurance claims processes, advocating on their behalf to
maximize coverage and ensure prompt approval of claims.
Flexible availability including nights and Saturdays.
Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and insurance regulations to
effectively advise customers and enhance sales effectiveness.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress
towards sales targets using CRM software or other designated tools.
