Craftsmen Contractors is hiring for a part time Housekeeper for the Convent, La. area. We are needing someone who can help clean an office and some dorm rooms for a barge repair yard and cleaning facility. Will need to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
This is part time fill-in position working the following dates:
Wed, Feb 19
Thurs, Feb 20
Fri, Feb 21
Fri, Feb 28
Mon, Mar 3
Wed, Mar 5
Thurs, Mar 6
Fri, Mar 7
Pay rate is $17/hour and pay is weekly every Friday by direct deposit only.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing for an office and dorm rooms.
- Clean and assure all dorm rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards (restock, shower, toilet, sink)
- Wipe down and disinfect all appliances in the kitchen area
- Vacuum and take out trash
- Refill paper towels,& soap dispensers
- Clean drink machines
- Clean windows, floors, wipe down walls and cabinets
Requirements:
- At least 1 - 2 years of Housekeeper experience
- Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
- Customer-oriented and friendly
- Prioritization and time management skills
- Working quickly without compromising quality
- Speak fluent English
- Will need to pass a pre-employment drug screen
