Industrial Painters and Laborers

Job Description

Craftsmen Contractors is looking for Industrial Painters and Laborers for a client on the Northside of Jacksonville starting February 1st.

If you have a TWIC Badge it is a plus but if not we can help you get one should you be hired.

Responsibilities:

Painters

• Apply protective coatings and decorative finishes to industrial structures, such as buildings, machinery, and equipment.
• Using brushes, rollers, airbrushes, or blasters to apply paint, enamel, lacquer, or other coatings, must know how to Hot Coat
• Cleaning, washing, scraping, sanding, and smoothing surfaces before painting
• Using thickness gauges and viscosity cups to measure the correct amount of paint to apply
  
  

Laborers

• Moves, secures, installs, builds, loads, or unloads materials.
• Must be able to help with cleaning up debris and anything else around the jobsite
• Assisting with all tasks of Carpentry, Electricity and basic labor jobs.
