About This Position :
As a business development agent for Craftsmen Resources, you will be assigned a designated territory and small book of business to develop and grow. Your work schedule will be Monday – Friday, 07 : 30a-5 : 00p, although overtime will be required at times. As a sales representative, you will be tasked with the following :
Build strong relationships with prospects and customers, understanding their needs and sell our construction services according to their needs.
Spend 75% of your time cultivating new business.
Discover new leads through online prospecting methods, and construction jobsite visits.
Acquire construction industry knowledge.
Spend Mondays cultivating new business with current and prospective customer via phone calls, sales reps also use this time to plan their week and schedule appointments.
Apply our sales process and routine effectively.
Utilize our CRM daily to track prospects, customers, opportunities, and orders according to company standards.
Coordinate with management and / or recruiting team to ensure the right employees are being sent to your clients.
Bring creativity, purpose, drive, and a team mentality every day!
Requirements :
Must have at least 4 years of business to business outside sales.
Must have Associates or Bachelor’s degree.
Possess good reasoning communication, problem solving, and leadership skills.
Proficient use of computers and Microsoft programs such as Outlook, Word, and excel.
Must possess reliable transportation that is 5 years old or new, and have less than 80,000miles.
Must possess a valid driver’s license.
Must be able to pass a drug screen test and background check.
CRM experience is a plus.
Construction industry knowledge is a plus.
