District BBQ in Bristow is becoming CraftWorx BBQ and Brews, (sister restaurant to CraftWorx Taproom in Gainesville) and will be serving up authentic smoked BBQ alongside an impressive selection of beer, wine, and cocktails. We pride ourselves on delivering delicious food, a great drink menu, and exceptional customer service in a welcoming atmosphere.

Job Summary

We’re looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our team! As a Front of House Team Member, you’ll be the face of CraftWorx BBQ and Brews, responsible for taking orders, assembling meals, and ensuring our guests have a great experience. This is a hands-on role that requires a can-do attitude and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Take food and drink orders at the counter using our point-of-sale system.
• Assemble orders, including making sandwiches, packing meals, and double-checking for accuracy.
• Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Buss tables promptly to maintain a clean dining environment for guests.
• Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
• Assist with opening, closing, and restocking as needed.

Qualifications

• A positive attitude with strong communication skills to engage with customers effectively.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented setting while also being self-motivated.
• Willingness to learn and take on various tasks.
• Willingness to assist in various roles within the front of house operations as needed.
• Experience in customer service, retail, or food service is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work daytime or evening shifts, including weekends.
