What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cashier/Hostess position at Crafty Crab Clinton?
CASHIER/HOSTESS DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
1. Welcomes guests in a friendly and timely manner; maintains superior customer service to all guests at all times.
2. Completes all financial transactions in a friendly and timely manner.
3. Completes all tasks required to receive a daily RSC vault issued bank, including reporting and tips reconciliations.
4. Actively complies with all Title 31 regulations as required/instructed.
5. Manages reservations and wait lists.
6. Properly seats guests following the assigned rotation of sections to ensure guest satisfaction.
7. Adheres to proper phone etiquette as directed by Management.
8. Ensures Host areas and MICROS stations are kept clean and presentable at all times.
9. Assists team members as needed while promoting a positive teamwork environment.
10. Ability to perform all duties associated with all Food & Beverage operations and all related and compatible duties as required and/or assigned.
