Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent guest services throughout their visit.
- Accurately handle cash transactions, including processing payments and managing the cash register.
- Assist with food handling and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including bussing tables and keeping the environment welcoming.
- Utilize Aloha POS system for efficient order processing and inventory management.
- Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Previous experience in cash handling or cashier roles is preferred.
- Strong guest service skills with a focus on hospitality and customer satisfaction.
- Experience in food handling or working in a nightclub setting is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining individual responsibilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
