Overview
We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team at a vibrant nightclub. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Deliver orders promptly and ensure accuracy
- Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitize work areas
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
- Uphold food safety standards throughout all stages of food service
Requirements
- Prior experience in customer service or the food service industry is preferred
- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Proficiency in time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of basic math for order taking and bill calculation
- Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.17 - $16.23 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
