Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated To-go Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in placing and picking up to-go orders efficiently and accurately.
Duties
- Receive and process to-go orders using the Aloha POS system
- Provide excellent customer service over the phone and in person
- Ensure orders are prepared correctly and ready for pick-up in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with packaging orders securely for transportation
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant industry preferred
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
- Strong communication and guest service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of guest relations and hospitality practices
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $11.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
