What's on Your Plate:
The Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting in all job functions that contribute to the successful operation of Craggy Range Bar & Grill. This position will have the opportunity to lead and support an exceptional team of unique individuals. The Assistant Manager will assist in coordinating and overseeing all restaurant operations, including customer service, employment development/relations, product development, and administrative requirements.
What You Bring to the Table:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience managing in a full-service dining environment is preferred
- Must possess exemplary leadership skills and be able to help lead a team of 50 employees
- Must have detailed and diverse food and beverage experience and knowledge
- Must have a working knowledge of restaurant POS systems
- Must have experience with internet software, spreadsheet, and word processing software
- Restaurant financial (i.e., P&L) experience and knowledge are preferred
