What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assembly/Packaging - 2nd Shift, Full Time (Ithaca, MI) position at Craig Frames, LLC?
STARTING PAY $15.50 AN HOUR. GET PAID EVERY WEEK!!
Craig Frames order fulfillment team works to assemble and package retail orders for small parcel and freight shipment to customers across the US. Team members are required to maintain strict process and quality control metrics. Ideal candidates will possess a self-reliant work ethic, be able to maintain focus on required tasks, and work with other team member to meet daily fulfillment goals. Some tasks and requirements may include:
- Picture frame assembly and quality control.
- Package and prepare orders for small parcel or palletized shipment.
- Working with and collaborating with a team.
- Responsible for order processing and fulfillment
- Must be able to maintain production volume targets, fulfillment metrics, & quality control requirements.
- Must be able to meet schedules and ship dates
- Must have good communications skills, be organization and self-reliant.
- Must possess a hands-on style with a willingness to work side-by-side with other.
- Some experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Candidates must have reliable transportation and be able to consistently work 40 hours per week.
