We are one of Milledgeville's growing independent insurance agencies providing a wide range of business, commercial insurance and personal insurance to our established list of clientele.
We are looking for a licensed insurance Account Manager/Customer Service Representative to join our company. In order to be considered for this Account Manager/Customer Service Representative position you need to meet the following qualifications.
· Job Qualifications:
· Individual must be highly dependable and punctual
· P &C insurance Agent’s License
· Personal Lines Insurance Experience
· Must be a self-starter with good communication skills, both verbal and written
· Need to be analytical and detailed oriented with the ability to work in a fast paced, multi- tasking environment with little supervision.
. People-oriented - enjoys interacting with people and working on Insured’s accounts.
· Applied DORIS System helpful but not required.
· Experience in property and casualty insurance is required
· Position Description
· Inside service including quoting and writing business for new and existing accounts.
· Handle and oversee account renewals, remarkets, endorsements, billing and claims reporting.
· Review accounts for current, accurate coverage and cross selling.
· Marketing of Insurance Products
