Our company is currently looking for an experienced HVAC Coordinator (Service/Contract) with a minimum 2 years experience, preferred. This position will play an integral role in the customer service and organizational strength of our company. The HVAC Coordinator (Service/Contract) will provide exceptional customer service, answer and respond to service calls and emails, scheduling appointments and coordinating installations. Qualified candidates must have strong verbal and written communication skills along with a strong ability to multi-task.
Responsibilities:
- Exceptional customer service.
- Conduct clerical duties, answering phone calls, respond to emails and prepare various documents.
- Coordinate installation projects.
- Schedule, confirm and coordinate customer appointments.
- Provide administrative support for operations and service team.
- Respond to customer inquiries from our website.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Customer service oriented.
- 2 years experience working in an office setting (Preferably in HVAC Construction).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of Quickbooks and MS Office.
- Ability to multi-task and coordinate projects.
- Able to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision.
- Must show a willingness to learn new skills and/or tasks.
Required Licenses or Experience:
- Office Administration: 2 years
- Quickbooks: 1 year (Preferred)
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
