Craig Smith RV Center is looking for a customer service advisor. Duties include
What You’ll Do:
- Help customers decide which services and accessories to buy, offer options
- Write up work orders effectively and accurately
- Schedule appointments and track work performed to completion
- Keep customers updated on repair needs and completion times
- Offer phone and internet queries
- Order, receive, and enter parts, supplies, and accessories into computer syste
- Take initiative and be willing to pitch in where needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
