- Selling both new and pre-owned vehicles through excellent product presentation and value building skills
- Thorough knowledge on all aspects of building your customer base
- Professional and effective daily phone calls
- Maintain a team player mentality and attitude
- Making successful daily appointments
- Strong communication and closing abilities
- Continual product training and testing
- Providing customers with an award winning experience purchasing a vehicle from Crain Hyundai Fayetteville
Qualifications:
- Experienced with CRM platforms
- Coachable
- Strong ability to build rapport with even stronger listening skills
- Skilled negotiator
- Ability to successfully utilize social media platforms
- Excellent phone skills with ability to make daily phone calls
- Team player atittude
