Are you detail-oriented and passionate about making vehicles look their best? We’re looking for an Automotive Detail & Photo Supervisor to oversee our detailing and photography teams across multiple dealership locations in Northwest Arkansas and Fort Smith. This role ensures our vehicles are cleaned, photographed, and ready for customers in a timely manner.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead a team responsible for vehicle detailing, photography, and online merchandising.
• Make sure vehicles are prepped and listed online quickly and professionally.
• Hire, train, and mentor employees in the detailing and photo departments.
• Create smooth workflows to speed up vehicle readiness.
• Work closely with dealership teams to keep inventory moving.
• Ensure high-quality standards for vehicle presentation.
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in automotive detailing, photography, or dealership operations.
• Leadership skills—you’ve hired, trained, or managed a team before.
• Strong organization and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and oversee operations at multiple locations.
• A team player who can work well with dealership leadership.
• Familiarity with dealership software and inventory management is a plus!
