Crain Automotive is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our Northwest Arkansas Team. We are seeking an individual to perform maintenance at all our Northwest Arkansas dealerships and businesses.
Job Responsibilities:
- Reports to Facilities Maintenance Supervisor
- On call at supervisors discretion
- Company supplied vehicle while at work
- Company supplied tools for work use
- Replace HVAC filters
- Clean HVAC intake and outlet grills
- Clean or replace ceiling tiles
- Replace light bulbs, ballast drivers, and fixtures
- Light electrical repairs
- Light plumbing repairs
- Light carpentry sheetrock, and paint
- Light alarm systems maintenance
- Assist furniture installs
- Move furniture
- Hang pictures on wall
- Install and replace TVs, Microwaves, and other appliances
- Maintain vehicle and work space in a clean and orderly fashion
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience
- Valid drivers license
- Must undergo drug test and background check
