Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Associate to join our team at Crain Hyundai of Bentonville. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars and sales, excellent communication skills, and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles
• Provide information about features, options, and warranties
• Negotiate pricing and terms of sale
• Coordinate with the finance department to ensure smooth transactions
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business

Requirements:

• Previous sales experience preferred
