Job Description:
Crain Chevrolet of Little Rock is seeking a Collision Parts Assistant to join our team. The Collision Parts Assistant will be responsible for assisting with ordering, receiving, and distributing collision parts for our service department. This individual will work closely with the Collision Parts Manager to ensure that the correct parts are ordered and available for repairs in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with ordering collision parts from vendors
- Receive and inspect parts for accuracy and quality
- Organize and maintain inventory of collision parts
- Assist technicians with locating and retrieving parts for repairs
- Keep accurate records of parts transactions
- Assist with returns and exchanges of parts as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a parts department preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Valid driver's license
