Job Summary:

Crain Hyundai of Fort Smith is seeking a reliable and responsible individual to fill the position of Parts Driver/Parts Desk. The primary responsibilities of this role include delivering parts to customers and assisting with parts desk duties as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver parts to customers in a timely and efficient manner
• Assist with parts desk duties, including answering phones, taking orders, and processing payments
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Ensure accurate record-keeping of all parts transactions
• Provide excellent customer service to all clients

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Previous experience in a parts department or similar role preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
