Job Description:

Crain Hyundai of North Little Rock is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the right vehicle to meet their needs, providing information about features and options, and guiding them through the sales process.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles
• Provide information about vehicle features, options, and pricing
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities
• Negotiate pricing and terms of sale
• Complete sales paperwork and finalize transactions
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business

Requirements:

• Previous sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Valid driver's license
