Service Technician

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team in Little Rock, AR. The Service Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on a variety of equipment, including but not limited to HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and appliances. The ideal candidate will have experience in troubleshooting and diagnosing issues, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance on equipment
• Diagnose and repair equipment issues
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Complete work orders and maintain accurate records
• Ensure all work is performed safely and efficiently

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of experience in maintenance and repair
• Experience with HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions
