Client Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met proactively.
Policy Administration : Handle the administration and management of clients' insurance policies efficiently.
Consultative Selling : Assess clients insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options to enhance their protection.
Issue Resolution : Address and resolve client inquiries and concerns in a timely manner, maintaining high satisfaction levels.

Requirements
Licensing : Active Texas Property & Casualty License is required.
Experience : Minimum of 2 years in an insurance account management role.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a client-focused approach.
Problem-Solving : Strong ability to address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns efficiently.
Organizational Skills : Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
