About the Role:
The Director of Marketing reports directly to the CEO and is responsible for developing and leading the demand generation strategy to drive pipeline growth, customer acquisition, and revenue. This role requires collaboration with new business and strategy teams to ensure a scalable, cohesive, and data-driven approach to demand generation.
This position demands strong leadership abilities, a deep understanding of agency services, and experience in integrated campaigns that fuel demand and pipeline growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in Agency & B2B marketing.
- Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Provide strategic direction and day-to-day oversight of the marketing team.
- Campaign Execution & Optimization: Oversee the development and execution of integrated multi-channel campaigns, including email, web, paid media, webinars, ABM, events, and content syndication.
- Analytics & Reporting: Lead data-driven decision-making, tracking key metrics and collaborating with other marketing team members and sales operations.
