Job Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily food service operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and service delivery.
- Lead and develop a high-performing food service team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety and sanitation regulations, maintaining a clean and compliant kitchen.
- Optimize food cost and inventory management to maximize efficiency and profitability.
- Collaborate closely with dietary staff to meet the unique nutritional needs of our residents.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with residents and staff.
Qualifications :
Schedule : This position requires flexibility to work both 7 : 00 AM to 3 : 30 PM and 10 : 00 AM to 6 : 30 PM shifts, including rotating weekends and holidays.
