- Monitoring lifeguards and ensuring guests follow Natatorium guidelines.
- Knowledge of emergency action plans, pool facilities, equipment, programs, hours of operation, and pool events.
- Timely attendance and adherence to schedule and policy.
- Maintenance and paperwork regarding the facility.
- Courteous treatment of members and guests, providing accurate information.
- Assisting Manager and Assistant Manager in instructing, promoting, and facilitating aquatic programs.
Requirements:
