- Develop and implement individualized plans of care for patients/residents.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Lead and supervise a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements for Success
- Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
- CPR Certification is required.
