Inside Sales Representatives (ISR) are at the core of our business, quoting service, parts and repairs from the inspections we perform. The ISR further develops our long-term relationships with existing customers by recommending and quoting repairs based on Crane 1’s inspection reports. We rely on your expertise, knowledge of our products and services, and ability to provide solutions to current and potential customers for their overhead material handling equipment.

Inside Sales Representative (ISR) Role & Responsibilities
Exhibit proven Inside Sales experience within the industrial or commercial space.
- 90% - Generating Inspection repair proposals, following up on existing quotes & closing orders
- 10% - Working with our vendor partner to obtain parts pricing quickly
- Seeks to build long-term business partnerships and relationships through prompt customer service and follow-through
- Generate and present service quotes/proposals to our existing customer base
- Maintain awareness of customer budgets, and competitive threats in the market, ensuring quotes are competitive and reasonable
- Communicate price increases when necessary
- Attend and thoughtfully contribute to weekly sales meetings with the teams supported
- Able to clearly articulate and execute the Crane 1 Advantage
- Knowledge: Minimum of (2) years of industrial outside B2B experience, or a combination of education and experience that illustrates a proven track record in the overhead material handling space. Overhead crane experience is a plus
- Skills: Strong computer skills & A competitive nature to meet and exceed sales goals. Must be able to demonstrate a track record of strong communication skills.
- Ability: A passion for providing top-notch customer service to Crane 1’s customers. Valid driver’s license and ability to meet our driving requirements.
