What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full Time Contact Center Agent position at Crane Credit Union?
Role:
Ensures member needs are addressed and resolved while maintaining confidentiality. Works efficiently in a fast-paced environment with a variety of demands. Explains products and services, makes recommendations, processes transactions, resolves problems and directs members to the appropriate department or employee.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Assist members with any account or loan related service and accurately complete member transactions, whether by phone, video banking or instant messaging.
Listen to member needs and provide helpful solutions in a responsive, professional and efficient manner. Refer more complicated matters to the appropriate person, branch or department.
Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding CU products and services. Assist members, potential members and vendors through inbound phone calls, video banking and instant messaging.
Identify cross-sell opportunities and promote CU products and services.
De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied members. Maintain composure, convey positivity and offer patient, friendly assistance and support.
Provide or document any necessary follow-up after member conversations.
Remain in compliance with established CU policies and procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Pay: $16.94 - $25.40 per hour

Experience:
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
