What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full-Time Executive Coordinator position at Crane Credit Union?
Role:
To assist, in a confidential manner, with administrative, operational and other assigned functions for the CEO, Board of directors, VP HR and if directed, other members of the Executive Team, making it possible for those persons to focus on other matters associated with operating and directing the Credit Union.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Provides confidential, accurate and timely administrative support to the CEO, Board of Directors, VP HR and if directed, other members of the Executive Team. Composes letters and projects from a variety of sources; verbal direction, e-mail, or from knowledge of organization policy or procedures.
Assist the Human Resource department in working with Employee Appreciation events, Performance review administration, new hire administration, filing and processing employee information and requests and provides backup whenever needed.
Coordinates meetings and schedules for the CEO, and BOD. Makes travel and lodging arrangements, plans and coordinates events for the CEO, Board of Directors and other employees as directed. Assists in the planning and coordination of functions for employee recognition and educational events as requested.
Works closely with the CEO, and Board of Directors to provide support for committee meetings when requested.
Provides administrative, filing and editorial assistance for internal credit union publications and written communications, including the Business Plan. Ensures that all Board minutes, and other required correspondence are maintained in a compliant manner.
Supports and works closely with the Vice Chairman of the Board in administering and tracking NCUA Board Financial Literacy requirements.
Coordinates with department heads to ensure information on all new products and services is disseminated to staff and Board of Directors.
Works in conjunction with other staff members to maintain and order office supplies.
Has a general working knowledge and annual training of BSA/AML.
