We are a family-oriented Midwest and East coast based company; with locations in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan, Maryland, and Pennsylvania. As a result of our growth, we have a need for a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to prepare orders and receive incoming shipments.

What You Get To Do
Receives all incoming materials and completes necessary paperwork.
Prepares shipments in accordance with Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements and specifications.
Verifies incoming and outgoing shipments for correct materials, packing, crating, tagging, and handling instructions, loading and bracing, etc.
Prepare bills of landing and other required forms including those for domestic and international shipments.
Makes arrangements for pick-up by the carrier specified by the customer.
Maintains adequate supply of shipping materials at all times.
Maintains a clean work environment while following prescribed safety regulations.
Meets need-by dates for all shipments or other requests.
Communicates effectively with internal and external customers.
Follows delivery driving routes and time schedules.
Performs loading, unloading, preparing, inspecting and operating delivery vehicle.
Assists preparing shipments in accordance with Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements and specifications.
Check in parts and ensure accurate staging for assembly processes.
Organize and maintain a tidy and efficient warehouse, ensuring that parts are easily accessible for the team.
May perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements :
What We Need From You
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to perform frequent lifting and moving of objects to up to 50 pounds.
A valid driver s license
Must be able to meet CMV (commercial motor vehicle) requirements Non CDL
Some related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience a plus.
Ability to follow verbal instructions and use simple math.
Knowledge of UPS, Federal Express, etc., rules and regulations preferred.
Ability to operate forklift.
