Professional Pump is a division of Crane Engineering Sales, LLC., located in Belleville Michigan. As a result of our growth, we have a need for an Application Engineer .
The Application Engineer is responsible for leveraging both sales and technical expertise to drive growth and expand Professional Pump's business within an assigned market. This role involves collaborating with clients to understand their needs, providing tailored solutions, and delivering technical support throughout the sales process.

- Develops and maintains the product and application knowledge necessary to service internal and external customers within the assigned market.
- Supports and keeps sales and management staff informed of major projects; assists office and warehouse staff with application and product information.
- Provides customer and employee product training and sales call technical support.
- Provides technical sales and marketing support to Crane customers and staff.
- Provides the highest quality quotations possible for the specific application as outlined by the customer or Account Manager.
- Accurately prices, verifies contractual obligations, internal costs, agency sales and stock / drop-shipments.
- Develops the product and application knowledge necessary to service the needs of our customers and sales staff.
- Assists in planning and participates in trade shows as needed
- May perform other duties as assigned.
