We are currently hiring a Field RN in our Chautauqua County Area!
REGISTERED NURSE (RN) DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Provides in-field professional supervision and on-the-job training to personal care aides.
- Assists with clinical orientation of newly hired paraprofessional staff.
- Provides medical oversight for clients in their homes- including but not limited to assessments, obtaining MD orders, monthly contacts and maintaining an appropriate Plan of Care
- Maintain current DOH regulations regarding 6-month recertifications and Post Hospital visits.
