WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will assist both internal and external customers to facilitate general sales support including ordering, reporting and overdelivering a world class customer service experience.
The Customer Support Specialist will have a direct impact on our Systems, Cummins Allison group, responsible for:
- Order entry and release
- Customer maintenance
- Client Satisfaction
- Reporting on metrics

Qualifications and Requirements
- High School Diploma, some college preferred.
- Minimum of 1 years working within a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work on own with minimal supervision.
- Self-starter, prioritize and manage tasks effectively.
- Preferred experience with order entry and/or ticket tracking programs such as Happy Fox.
- Microsoft office suite proficiency.
