About the Role:
We are looking for a talented Floral Designer to join our team! In this role, you’ll bring floral visions to life by designing stunning arrangements for daily orders, special occasions, and custom requests. You’ll assist walk-in customers in selecting the perfect floral pieces, process deliveries, and help keep our shop looking beautiful and inviting.

If you have a keen eye for design, at least 1 year of floral design experience, and great customer service skills, we’d love to hear from you!
Pay
- Depends on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create floral arrangements for everyday orders, weddings, and special events.
- Assist customers in finding the perfect floral selections—whether from premade designs or custom creations.
- Process and care for incoming flowers to maintain quality and freshness.
- Maintain and care for greenhouse plants, including watering and general upkeep.
- Keep the sales floor well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 year of floral design experience (required).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A creative eye for design, color, and balance.
- A positive and friendly attitude with a passion for working with flowers and people.
