About the Position
This role reports to the Accounting Specialist, working closely with the Director of Finance. This is a part time position, working approximately 20 hours per week, and is not eligible for benefits. While the majority of the work may be done remotely, we anticipate 1 - 2 days per month to come into the office and meet with the members of the Finance team.
Major Accountabilities:
- Vouchering of supplier invoices into our ERP system
- Validating invoice pricing against PO pricing and standard cost and investigating differences
- Work with the purchasing department on missing/short receipts vs invoicing
- Work with others in the company on questions around purchases and approvals.
- Work with suppliers on questions with invoices and payments
Ideal Experience and Skills:
· High school diploma and several years related Accounts Payable experience; Recent graduates with a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or any other related field and relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office is a must
· Prior experience working in an ERP system is a plus, particularly M3
· Basic data entry skills
· Comfortable with math and calculations
· Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
