Job Description
Job Description
Join Crane Technologies, a leading crane service and manufacturing company based in Rochester Hills, Michigan. As a lead crane service technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our customer's cranes. We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence and safety, and you will be an integral part of our dedicated team.
In this lead technician role, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and conducting preventative maintenance on cranes to ensure optimal performance. We are looking for an experienced technician with a solid knowledge of overhead crane and hoist systems. We offer guaranteed 40 hours work weeks, with regular opportunities for overtime. We also offer the opportunity, for skilled and reliable technicians, to travel to our many military customers job sites, which includes lots of overtime and often includes elevated Federal job site wage scale (typically known as Davis Bacon or prevailing wage).
We have a team attitude here at Crane Technologies. Our team works together and supports each other. Working together, with the knowledge and experience we have here, there is no crane problem we cannot fix and overcome. We are a long-standing local company that cares about our people. We are not a huge national company that sets policies and procedures that almost seem designed to hold you back. We want to see our people get ahead and do better for themselves and for their families. If you are looking for a challenging yet rewarding role with a solid company in the crane industry, Crane Technologies is the place for you!
