ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Communication
- Liaising with vendors building day-to-day and strategic operational relationships and setting and carrying out account growth and retention strategies
- Synchronizing support across the globe with relevant stakeholders and assuming accountability for results
- Internal and external business reviews on a regular schedule to be shared collaboratively with team members in each region and with Executive Sponsors.
- Partners with and coordinates internal company resources to achieve business objectives, maintain account satisfaction, and ensure that the company's specialty services support client needs while achieving acceptable margins
- Provides strategic direction, support and coaching to team members
- Works to develop employees’ skills, evaluates performance and provides feedback, and oversees resolution of employee relations issues
- Manages a high caliber team of employees
- Engages in all strategic RFQ opportunities
- Ensures ISO Compliant corrective process being administrated timely and thoroughly from point of defect awareness through corrective action implementation and completion
- Client facing role
Financial
- Ensures consistency of the process and our performance so company has a scalable operation to grow on
- Manages cost and revenue to ensure proper yield so (Earnings before Interest, Depreciation, Taxes and Amortization) EBIDTA targets are achieved for the assigned account(s)
- Ensures global compliance on collections process to invoice properly and bill and collect timely
- Maintains AR below percentage in accordance with company goal
- Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High School Degree or GED required.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 5 - 7 years of related experience
- 3 – 5 years of industry experience preferred
