What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Lead II position at Crane Worldwide Logistics?
Essential Job Functions
- Acts as primary contact with client and is available to the client for escalation when necessary
- Work as intermediary for communication between client and their operations teams and Crane Worldwide network
- Provides tracking information as requested by the client
- Escalate all issues with a shipment immediately to the client to insure prompt resolution
- Manage all client requests and follow up to ensure that the client needs are met
- Assure that all pre-alerts from origin offices are assembled and completed based on SOP requirements
- Transmit all pre-alerts to the client for all shipments
- Send all required reports to client on a daily, monthly or quarterly basis as deemed
- Responsible for managing the client generated reports and assuring accuracy
- Handle complex customer issues.
- Collaborate and work directly with the Sr. Account Manager.
- Create and monitor new processes.
- Act as a secondary contact and resource for Account Leads.
- Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements
- Job requires the ability to use vision, adjust focus and work on a standard computer screen

Education & Experience
- High School diploma or GED/Bahelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience or combination experience and education
Certifications & Licenses
Professional certification may be required in some areas.
