Treasury Analyst

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Daily Cash Positioning: deliver accurate global cash summary. Recommend and initiate daily paydown/borrowing amounts
• Reconcile global debt with bank statements to ensure accurate debt and interest reporting and resolve any discrepancies
• Initiate and manage daily investment/borrowing and redemption/paydown activities based on cash balances
• Execute foreign exchange (FX) trades, support FX front-office processes including loading FX trades and rates, maintaining settlement instructions, and updating FX mandates with counterparty banks
• Serve as primary banking administrator on multiple banking portals
• Primary contact for global KYC requests from banks
• Review the accuracy of vendor master data, including payment instructions within the ERP
• Perform monthly and quarterly tasks, including but not limited to final month-end cash calculation, bank fees analysis, global bank rating review, and EBS user access management (removing terminated employees)
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities
• Develop and document treasury workflows, processes, and procedures
• Assist with special projects as needed
• Assist in managing and maintaining global banking relationships
• Assist in initiatives to improve working capital management throughout the organization
• Serve as a backup for credit and collections

OTHER SKILLS and EXPERIENCE

• Advanced Excel skills including use of macros, vlookup, importing and exporting data, etc.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written and comprehension)
• Must be detail oriented and able to work in a very fast paced environment

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting, equivalent business degree, required.
• 2-3 years of related experience required.
• 1-2 years industry experience preferred

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Talking, hearing and using hands to operate computer equipment
• Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus
• Job may require extended sitting or standing, use of standard office equipment
