Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance on a variety of mobile cranes and heavy equipment.
- Troubleshoot hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- Conduct load testing, calibrations, and safety checks in compliance with applicable regulations and company standards.
- Maintain accurate service records, including work orders and inspection reports.
- Collaborate with customers to provide clear communication regarding repairs, timelines, and recommendations.
- Ensure all work adheres to OSHA, ANSI, and manufacturer guidelines.
- Utilize specialized tools and diagnostic equipment to complete tasks effectively.
- Uphold CraneTech’s commitment to delivering high-quality solutions and superior customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in mechanics, hydraulics, or a related field is preferred. Valid certification for inspections of mobile cranes preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance and repair.
- Strong understanding of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems.
- Familiarity with diagnostic software and tools.
- Valid driver’s license; CDL is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on safety and efficiency.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in varying environments.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
