As an AI Security Engineer, you will :

Identify Vulnerabilities in AI Systems : Provides strategic guidance on priorities, tactics, and methodologies.
Perform threat modeling, security review, penetration testing, and red teaming of AI systems.
Distill patterns of risk into actionable security strategies for AI-native architectures.
Develop AI Security Product Solutions : Identify opportunities for solving customer problems through scaling manual processes.
Work alongside AI Science and Engineering to build / deploy / maintain security features.
Communicate / Influence : Provide technical insights to stakeholders.
Collaborate with technical staff, clients, the security community, and partners.
Synthesize viewpoints to shape security stances and advocacy.
Build relationships to improve communication and collaboration across our AI Trust Hubs.

Minimum Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Physics, Mathematics, Cybersecurity, or related technical field.

3 years of experience as a Cybersecurity Engineer, AI / ML Engineer, Software Developer, or similar role.

Hands-on project experience using programming languages (Python preferred).

Experience working with Linux systems.

Familiarity with AI / ML methods and stacks for deep learning, large language models, reinforcement learning, classification, etc.

Commitment to staying up to date with the latest AI security vulnerabilities and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications :

5 years experience in identifying security vulnerabilities, software development lifecycle, large-scale computing, modeling, cyber security, and anomaly detection.

OR Master's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field.

CISSP, OSCP, GCIA, or SANS certifications is a plus.

Demonstrable experience with MITRE ATLAS / ATT&CK Frameworks, or related tools.

Familiarity with model pen testing frameworks like Pyrit and Garak.

Experience working with Cloud Technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP).

Experience with Large Language Models (LLM) methods and stacks (e.g. Hugging Face, Langchain, Vector Databases, General Purpose Transformers, etc).

Experience working with databases (e.g. SQL, MongoDB, etc).

Experience building, testing, debugging software solutions.

Experience with Threat Modeling, Penetration Testing, or developing adversarial technologies for ethical security practices.

Experience in managing and executing penetration testing projects.

Experience with manual attack and penetration testing.

Experience in establishing and managing Red Team or application penetration testing programs.
