CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
CrankyApe.com is now hiring a Customer Service Representative to make our customer's day at our Hastings, MN corporate office! This is an entry level position, and this person will answer phones, greet our customers, and assist them with their needs.
Essential Functions :
- Answering muti-line phone
- Count cash drawer
- Check emails and faxes
- Retrieve voicemails
- Assist customers with the pickup of auction items
- Processing, scanning, and filing paperwork
- Process payments for auction items via cash, credit card, debit card, and wire transfer
- Revise bills of sale
- Fill out DMV temp tags
- Fill out title work, transfer titles, and mail out titles
- Handle all post sale issues, storage letters, and payments
- Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels
- Resolves problems and / or customer complaints by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting, and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution
- Performing other related duties as assigned or requested.
