Are you the kind of person who can walk into a room and instantly connect with people? Do you love talking to homeowners, solving problems, and closing deals? We’re looking for a motivated, hungry sales rep to join our fast-growing handyman and remodeling company.
This isn’t a sit-back-and-wait kind of role. You’ll be out in the field, meeting homeowners, building trust, quoting jobs, and closing them. From the first handshake to the signed agreement—you’ll own it.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Respond to inbound leads and follow up on local marketing efforts
- Talk with customers, assess projects, and offer creative solutions
- Educate homeowners on our services and process
- Create and deliver estimates (with support from our team when needed)
- Close deals and hand off to production/ops for execution
- Follow up to ensure client satisfaction and generate referrals
What We’re Looking For:
- Charisma, hustle, and a strong work ethic
- Someone who loves talking to people and isn’t afraid to knock on a door or pick up the phone
- Coachability—you're hungry to learn and grow
- Bonus if you have experience in sales, construction, or home services—but not required
- Reliable transportation and willingness to be out in the field
