- Deburrer Grinder assures that parts are finished to optimal condition for use. Removes burrs and sharp edges using a variety of tools and machines. Grinds, polishes, hones and more to ensure tolerances are met. Inspects and cleans parts before quality inspection.
- Must have good attention to detail and good eye-hand coordination to perform the precise needed finishes. Must be able to read blue prints and understand finish call outs.
- Must be clean, neat and organized in work space and paperwork.
- Will also be helping in the tool room to pick and replace machinist tools and various chemicals stored in area. Must be willing to learn about chemical labeling and SDS forms.
Qualifications:
- 3 years experience in deburring or gunmetal finishing of parts from blue prints.
- Good Attendance
