Key Responsibilities :
- Examine damaged vehicles and develop efficient repair plans.
- Communicate effectively with team members about vehicle repair status.
- Perform high-quality repairs while adhering to timelines.
- Make informed decisions regarding repair versus replacement based on safety, costs, and cycle time.
- Remove upholstery, accessories, and trim to access vehicle components.
- Participate in required safety meetings ensuring a safe work environment.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools to file, grind, and sand surfaces.
- Lead and mentor apprentices through complex repair tasks.
