What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential SUD Program Liaison position at CRASH, Inc.?
MUST HAVE current, valid California AOD Certification or registered and close to completing an AOD Certification with CCAPP, CADTP, or CAADE
As the Program Liaison you will play a vital role in ensuring that CRASH programs and staff are adhering to CRASH regulations and all federal, state, and local regulations regarding SUD programs. This position will work very closely with the Executive Director and serve as a liaison between CRASH facilities and the corporate office in an effort to ensure that facilities are run according to all applicable standards of CRASH as well as our licensing body and our funding sources. This includes oversight of documentation standards, facility standards, and staff adherence to policies and procedures. The Program Liaison reports directly to the Executive Director. Duties will include but are not limited to:
· Assist in reviewing client files, logs, and other required documentation to ensue standards and processes are met.
· Work with staff to improve documentation, which may include individual and group training on documentation standards; provide trainings to ensure all staff remain current on relevant standards and regulations.
· Be available to clients to address concerns and be available to staff as a resource regarding questions on current policies, standards, and regulations.
· Attend the weekly staff meeting at each facility, the weekly management meeting, and other meetings as directed.
· Ensure that each facility is in good repair and remains neat, clean, and welcoming at all times. Needed repairs and/or maintenance issues must be reported to the Executive Director immediately.
· Assume the duties of the Program Coordinator as needed, which will include being available for emergency calls and occasionally filling in during evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.
· While the Program Liaison reports all Program issues directly the Executive Director, the Liaison has full authority to correct any deficiencies immediately.
QUALIFICATIONS: AOD Certification with a minimum of 5 years of experience in SUD Programs – preferentially residential. Must have experience in supervising and leading teams. Exceptional precision and attention to detail. The ability to be flexible and adaptable to changes as required.
Must have a valid California Driver’s License and insured transportation
