Crate and Barrel is growing and we are investing in our Technology Product Management teams! As a Sr. Product Manager, you are a key member of the Technology team, responsible for defining and delivering exceptional products that align with business goals and drive value for our customers. In this role, you will bring a strong understanding of product management principles, a passion for technology, and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams. As a Sr. Product Manager, you will report to the Director of Product Management and play a crucial role in shaping the product strategy and roadmap.
Over the next few years, most of your focus will be on implementing the Transportation Management system from Blue Yonder alongside program management, organizational change management, engineering and business partners. You will be accountable for defining business requirements, establishing future state processes, and outlining a product roadmap to support this implementation and beyond. You will be responsible for managing delivery through a scrum framework, leveraging agile ceremonies, measuring results, and constantly iterating on improving the Transportation processes. In addition, this role is the acknowledged expert on Crate and Barrel Transportation systems and processes, and works to discover and develop solutions that meet business goals and stakeholder needs and constraints.

Up to: $165,000.00 Annually

- Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Transportation Modernization, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder needs.

- Execute “best in class” Technology product management methodology, continually bringing new methodologies and techniques to improve product quality and speed to market.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and design to development, testing, and deployment, adhering to agile methodologies.
- Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights gathering to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for innovation.
- Conduct product discovery activities to validate product ideas and ensure alignment with customer needs
- Prioritize product features and and work based on data, customer feedback and business goals
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage the product backlog and opportunity backlog to consistently innovate in ways that improve the business
- Establish and conduct continual discovery cycles for the product that maximizes business value, industry trends and the full resources of the product team.
- Work closely with management and the product team to define a compelling product, a path to market, and evangelize that vision within the team and across the company.
- Identify, evaluate and recommend external vendors to support vision and roadmap where appropriate and manage vendor relationships including contract negotiations and renewals
- Prioritize all defects associated with the product and/or that are impacting business partners with appropriate urgency and consideration of current backlog.
- Extensive knowledge of product management principles, best practices and strategies

- 5 years of experience in product management
- Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent work experience
- Experience implementing and integrating third party software
- Extensive knowledge of agile product management principles, best practices and strategies
- Prior supply chain domain experience and knowledge of domestic transportation within NA
