This full-time position reports to the Office Manager and offers a rewarding opportunity to contribute to a team that is committed to excellence in patient care and service.
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
· Warm Welcome – Provide a warm and professional first impression to all patients, visitors and staff.
· Master Patient Flow – Answer calls, check voicemails, and coordinate appointments efficiently.
· Streamline Scheduling & Insurance – Verify insurance coverage, collect copays, and help patients navigate their benefits.
· Ensure Accurate Billing & Records Management – Process charges, maintain electronic medical records (EMR), and handle record requests.
· Support Office Organization – Manage documents, monitor supplies, and proactively assist the Office Manager.
· Collaborate with Providers – Help ensure a smooth and efficient patient experience from check-in to check-out.
What We’re Looking For:
· High school diploma or equivalent required
· Experience in a medical office is a plus, but not required
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
· Familiarity with EMR systems and office software is a bonus
· Professional attitude and appearance
· Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
