Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service** and support to guests throughout their visit.
- Capture stunning photography** of our zipline adventures to create lasting memories.
- Assist with food service operations**, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
- Handle phone calls and manage customer bookings** efficiently and professionally.
- Drive guests in UTVs** to tour locations, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable ride.
- Provide critical ground support** for zipline rescues, prioritizing guest safety at all times.
- Offer expert tourism information** for other tours we offer and general visitor information about the area to enhance the guest experience.
Required Certifications:
- First Aid CPR Certification** (essential for guest safety).
- Food Handler’s Certification** (to maintain high standards of food safety).
- Liquor Services License** (required for candidates over 18, to comply with regulations).

Pay: $13.70 - $15.00 per hour
